Megan Fass

In the competitive Northern Virginia real estate industry, Megan truly stands apart as a top negotiator, intelligent strategist and people-oriented professional. Megan holds a degree in Business and Finance.  She worked 8 years with a top-ranked investment consulting firm prior to finding her passion in real estate.

When Megan came to look for a new challenge in 2004, real estate piqued her interest. Starting with just family and friends, her business quickly grew. Today, she is the Supervising Broker and Team Leader of the FASS Results Group. Megan listens carefully to each of her client’s goals, motivations, and needs.

While embracing every aspect of real estate, including the challenges, Megan Fass finds the most joy in helping others. She finds great fulfillment in making her clients’ real estate dreams come true.  Clients describe Megan as savvy, analytical, a "bull-dog" negotiator, great communicator, dedicated, and RESULTS-driven!

Megan values her time with her family, and feels grateful to have a wonderful husband and 2 very loved kids. In 2011 Megan and her Family moved to McLean after living in Arlington, VA for over 13 years. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and enjoying and wine and Belgian beers.

Katie Grieco

Katie Grieco is a Penn State graduate, and with 5+ years of sales experience, Katie aims to please. After working at Keller Williams, she joined Megan Fass to help launch the FASS Results Group in 2014.   She brings her deep industry knowledge, local insights, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every transaction.  Further, Katie provides best-in-class real estate services to Buyers and Sellers in the Northern Virginia area.

Katie’s excellent communication and her outside-the-box thinking allow her to effectively navigate you through the buying and selling processes in a competitive marketplace. Katie strives to be the difference in her clients' experiences and is determined to exceed expectations in each and every step of the process. What Katie brings to her clients is a unique combination: the toughness of a skilled negotiator combined with a genuine concern for the welfare of her clients.

Andrea Roberts

Andrea was born and raised in Germany where she studied English and history.

After relocating to the DC area in 2011, Andrea was the general manager for a local business before she transitioned into Real Estate in early 2015.


She brings a world-class level of efficiency and professionalism to the Real Estate business. She is attentive, driven, intuitive & puts the needs of her clients first.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys decorating and renovating her home in Arlington, working out or exploring the city with her friends.


Julie Carlson

In our fast paced world driven by text messages and social media, Julie Carlson is a rare find. An active listener with an intuitive understanding of what clients are looking for, Julie checks all the right boxes when it comes to buying or selling your next home. Julie stands out with her positive, can do attitude, her strong negotiating skills and her relentless pursuit of the right deal for her clients.


A true people person and connector, Julie serves as a relationship manager in the local real estate market. Applying her communications skills to build an extensive network of connections and contacts with other leading agents to help better serve Clients is something Julie takes true pride in.


When she’s not on the job, you’ll find Julie using her skills as an accomplished photographer to get that perfect shot while enjoying hiking and exploring new trails in the area, discovering new cafes and spending time in coffee shops and always networking because to Julie, there are no strangers; just new friends waiting to be met and potentially worked with!

Chuck Davis

Associate Broker

Chuck is a Supervising Broker specializing in Loudoun County and Chantilly area, with over 15 years experience in real estate and mortgage transactions, including new home sales (so he has the inside scoop). Excellent communication and negotiation skills to help you understand the complete transaction from first questions about qualifying, to shopping and negotiating on your first or tenth home.
When not working Chuck enjoys spending time with his 2 children, Snowboarding, Skating, Mt biking, and Working out. He has traveled much of the world and can share a good story.

Nicole Harding

Associate Broker & Lead Agent

As a native of Northern Virginia, Nicole has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and real estate market. She is a successful negotiator and has participated in more than 600 transactions throughout her career in residential real estate. Nicole takes pride in sharing her extensive knowledge base and attention to detail to deliver results to her clients and create a stress free and exciting experience.

Nicole believes honest communication is the foundation of a successful relationship and she understands how important it is to sell a home in today’s market, as well as finding the right home for buyers. She welcomes the opportunity to work with new clients, share her expertise and ultimately help Clients through every step in the home selling and buying process.

When she’s not working for clients, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, entertaining, and volunteering.

Denise Boehme

Since 2013 Denise has served as the team's licensed assistant; she is the line that connects all the dots together to ensure success.  Denise helps the team with all aspects of the buying or selling process and provides the extra support to exceed clients’ needs and expectations.  Whether it's drafting contracts, uploading photos, or hosting open houses, Denise works diligently to help produce Results for each and every client.

Denise takes pride in the fact that people can count on her to finish each task, and she finds joy in making sure her team has what they need to be successful. Her work is driven by a desire to make people happy.

Outside of work, Denise is passionate about Jiu-Jitsu and women’s self-defense. She trains weekly to improve her skills and hopes to one day give back to her community by teaching women/girls how to protect themselves. Denise also enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling.


Jerald Buenaventura

Jerald is our amazing Assistant with seven years of experience helping achieve the Team and Clients' real estate needs and goals. With his knowledge in transaction coordination and social media marketing acquired throughout the years, he helps the business thrive and grow. His goal is to give the team the time that they need to best serve the client while he takes care of administrative tasks of the transaction behind the scenes. In his free time, Jerald likes to be with friends and do various outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking and swimming.
