In the competitive Northern Virginia real estate industry, Megan truly stands apart as a top negotiator, intelligent strategist and people-oriented professional. Megan holds a degree in Business and Finance. She worked 8 years with a top-ranked investment consulting firm prior to finding her passion in real estate.
When Megan came to look for a new challenge in 2004, real estate piqued her interest. Starting with just family and friends, her business quickly grew. Today, she is the Supervising Broker and Team Leader of the FASS Results Group. Megan listens carefully to each of her client’s goals, motivations, and needs.
While embracing every aspect of real estate, including the challenges, Megan Fass finds the most joy in helping others. She finds great fulfillment in making her clients’ real estate dreams come true. Megan values her time with her family, and feels grateful to have a wonderful husband and 2 very loved kids. In 2011 Megan and her Family moved to McLean after living in Arlington, VA for over 13 years. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and enjoying wine and Belgian beers.
Katie Ritter, Associate Broker

Katie Ritter is a Penn State graduate, and with 5+ years of sales experience, Katie aims to please. After working at Keller Williams, she joined Megan Fass to help launch the FASS Results Group in 2014. She brings her deep industry knowledge, local insights, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every transaction. Further, Katie provides best-in-class real estate services to Buyers and Sellers in the Northern Virginia area.
Katie’s excellent communication and her outside-the-box thinking allow her to effectively navigate you through the buying and selling processes in a competitive marketplace. Katie strives to be the difference in her clients’ experiences and is determined to exceed expectations in each and every step of the process. When Katie is not busy delivering the highest quality service for those pursuing real estate, she’s regularly dedicating her time to local Penn State Alumni organizations, learning the game of golf, and spending time with family and friends. She and her fiancé currently live in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington.
Amelia Robinette, Associate Broker

Amelia has more than 18 years real estate experience. She’s worked in almost every aspect of the real estate business including residential, commercial, finance, investments, planning and development. She owns several investment properties and has partnered in new construction and house flipping transactions.
Knowledge is power, analysis is knowledge. Amelia spends the extra time to drill down into trends, neighborhoods, and specific property analysis to make sure her clients have all the information they need to make the best decisions. Not only is Amelia trying to help each and every client she also has consulted and acted as COO for some of the most successful real estate brokerages in the area. She’s developed and delivered training to other brokers, agents and team leaders helping them increase efficiency and improve client services.
Amelia brings her “Client First” philosophy to every interaction and transaction. She’s a ‘collaborative’ negotiator – creating rapport with the other side, identifying their motivations and leveraging those for the benefit of her clients. Amelia’s feels comfortable in Northern Virginias super- competitive real estate market due to growing up with 7 brothers and sisters, many years as a competitive athlete, playing rugby around the world, running triathlons, she knows how to win.
When not working on behalf of her clients or playing games, Amelia enjoys digging in the dirt, watching the bugs and migrating Monarchs in her pollinator garden and being a patron of the Arts. She enjoys spending time with her immediate family, friends, traveling, and getting together with her huge extended family – preferably at the beach. Amelia is a firm believer in giving back to the community through volunteering. She spent many years as a PTA volunteer and officer, and served on the Board of Directors of the Fairfax County Council of PTAs. She’s also a Fairfax County Volunteer, helping elderly and disabled residents with errands, rides to appointments, bill paying and household paperwork. She and her family also participate in the Nature Conservancy’s watershed park and stream clean up efforts.
Andreea Leu, Licensed Realtor®

Andreea Leu is a Realtor® with The FASS Results Group, a Northern Virginia native and graduate of the George Mason University. Andreea joined the FASS Results Group in 2016 after spending 3 years with another top producing team and managing 50+ clients per year. Andreea prides herself in creating a great experience, providing excellent customer service, and guaranteeing her clients’ goals are achieved during the home sale process.
Most of Andreea’s days are spent:
- working with delightful clients
- engaging with lenders, agents, and title companies
- reading over home inspection reports
- showing homes
- negotiating contracts and addendums
- managing contract to close
- watching and analyzing the market for buyers and sellers
- or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners!
Andreea has enjoyed the great pleasure of living in one of her favorite cities this past decade: Arlington. Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, and beautiful parks all just 45 minutes or less from top wineries? You might be thinking of several exciting world cities but Andreea truly loves this one and is proud to work daily for her clients, helping them buy and sell Arlington & Northern Virginia Real Estate.
Denise Boehme, Licensed Realtor

Since 2013 Denise has served as the team’s licensed assistant; she is the line that connects all the dots together to ensure success. Denise helps the team with all aspects of the buying or selling process and provides the extra support to exceed clients’ needs and expectations. Whether it’s drafting contracts, uploading photos, or hosting open houses, Denise works diligently to help produce Results for each and every client.
Denise takes pride in the fact that people can count on her to finish each task, and she finds joy in making sure her team has what they need to be successful. Her work is driven by a desire to make people happy.
Outside of work, Denise is passionate about Jiu-Jitsu and women’s self-defense. She trains weekly to improve her skills and hopes to one day give back to her community by teaching women/girls how to protect themselves. Denise also enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling.
