We are looking for the right person to bolster our strong team and to help us reach the team's higher goals. The position is requested to help the team generate new leads and follow-up on existing leads, and to continue to ensure each and every client has an exceptional experience.
We are in need of a FULL-TIME, EXPERIENCED Realtor with a minimum of 2 years experience and $10M in sales. The position is 1099 and 100% commission-based.

Support Team - To help prepare listings, draft contracts, DocuSign to clients, contract to close, schedule properties, showing showings, mailings, marketing, signage, etc. This all increases ability for more sales.

Show buyer's prospective home purchase
List and sell residential real estate
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and addendum with buyers and sellers
Host open houses(2-3 per month) and other events
Follow up on leads and open house prospects
Prepare market analysis to help determine accurate property value
Educate clients on all their options, including the risk for each option
Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
Help find “off-market” homes for all of our clients to provide more options
Prepare and review Real Estate documents, from offers to closing contracts
Attend closings and provide support for clients - We offer 24/7 support
Attend weekly meetings and calls with Broker
Update databases, CRM, and process trackers
In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts and addendums
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated. We need agents to be proactive and productive.
Familiarity with the area real estate market and neighborhoods
Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented
Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
High morals and ethics, a strong work ethic, and positive attitude
Strong desire to want to succeed
Minimum 2 Years real-estate experience and $10M in sales.
Job Location: Ability to work from Home with weekly off-site team meetings
Required license or certification: Real Estate License in Virginia.
